SPHERE is a customized software solution that allows decision makers to access reliable real-time information as well as enhanced incident management by combining and integrating vital first response systems which are synonymous with incident management.
Developed as a suite of 4 applications, SPHERE provides records of incidents, in addition to giving users access to the status of incident response related operations. It is designed to promote efficient monitoring, analysis, response and investigation.
The centre of all incident response operations, SPHERE Core coordinates incident information and all resources assigned to an incident. Through a visual display generated by interfacing with SPHERE Compass module, a bird’s eye view of the situation can be acquired.
SPHERE Cube is a resource management system which manages all assets needed for deployment in the event of an incident. It keeps track of logistics needs, inventory requirements and staff aids from all relevant agencies to be deployed in time of disasters. The relevant first response agencies will be able to easily update their resources list.

SPHERE Alert is an interactive text response system which provides communication and tracking of the Heads of Agencies, enabling them to respond and acknowledge their availability when required. It can be used to send messages to a single recipient or a group of pre-defined recipients such as staff or volunteers.
This module provides visual displays of an incident and deployment of resources to incidents, allowing you to share it between your organization or external users such as field commanders and operators.
