Source: Borneo Bulletin by Fadley Faisal AS PART of the efforts of the Cybercrime Focus Group, established under the Criminal Justice Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers, to continuously educate stakeholders concerning cybercrime and cybersecurity trends, 17 Deputy Public Prosecutors (DPPs) recently attended a briefing provided by officers of IT Protective Security Services (ITPSS) Sdn Bhd concerning ‘Financial Technology (Fintech) and Cryptocurrency’.
Information Technology Protective Services Sdn Bhd (ITPSS) hosted a Hari Raya gathering with hi-tea at Pondok Seri Wangi Restaurant in Jerudong last Friday. The event was attended by ITPSS’s Chairman, Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, employees and their families. Staff also had the pleasure to mingle with special invited guests which consisted of 10 orphans with their guardians and 4 underprivileged families, all from the Brunei-Muara District. Some of the underprivileged families were recently visited by the staff of ITPSS who had given them donated items during the month of Ramadhan.
Members of the public are invited to join the second Cyber Battle: Capture The Flag competition to be held next month. The competition is organised by local IT security specialist ITPSS Sdn Bhd as a means of highlighting the importance of cyber security and the growing need for information security specialists in Brunei Darussalam.
A total of 6 less fortunate household receive donations from Information Technology Protective Services Sdn Bhd (ITPSS) as part of their Community Service Responsibility (CSR) initiative. This initiative is aimed to develop a culture of giving back to the local community.
