Career opportunities

Head of Human Resources


  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent OR HND in Human Resources with 7 years of experience
  • Aged between 28 to 40 years old
  • Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Able to create and maintain budget for Human Resources
  • Design and direct training programs, conduct training gap analysis, analyze ROI of training
  • Possess strong work ethic, strategic thinking abilities
  • Able to implement HR Strategies which support business growth, improve morale and enhance safety and wellness
  • Able to identify staffing needs and creating job descriptions
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations

Human Resources Officer


  • HND in Human Resources with at least 3 years experience OR National Diploma with at least 5 years experience
  • Aged between 25 to 40 years old
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Able to assist with employees’ training and development, organised, and with kempt record keeping attitude
  • Knowledge of and able to assist with Training Gap Analysis, ROI of trainings and planning of trainings
  • Maintain staff records and handling of staff benefits

Assistant Technical Officer


  • National Diploma in any Electronics Engineering qualification
  • Aged between 25 to 40 years old
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to perform administrative duties and a team player
  • Willingness to learn new skills and knowledge, aware of technical and other new technologies

  • Proficient in Malay and English
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Highly organized
  • Computer literate
  • Ready to work not just during office hours but on as required basis and with minimum supervision.
